IDEA FOR A BALANCED BREAKFAST!
It’s important to start off your day with a fully fuelled body and satisfied tummy! Here’s a good idea:
- 1 piece of fruit - pear, apple, orange, watermelon, pineapple, banana, strawberries…whatever you like!
- handful of muesli/Special K/oats/bran
- 3 tablespoons nonfat natural yoghurt
- 1 cup green tea or coffee sweetened with Stevia
